Dr. Yong Cho has over 25 years of technical experience in system engineering and system development in Information Technology, Space Systems Technology, Communication Systems, Engineering Systems Analysis, Control Systems Engineering, and Analog and Digital Electronic Design & Development. Since 1984, Dr. Cho has won more than 50 U.S. Government R&D contracts and 14 SBIR contracts. Dr. Cho is a member of the IEEE and AIAA.
Kew Chul Chee, Ph. D. CFO/Executive Vice President

Dr. Chee has 30 years of experience in both academia and business. He studied Marketing at Seoul National University in Korea; received his MBA from Wharton and his Ph.D degree in International Business from NYU. He taught International Finance at York University, in Toronto. During the last 10 years, Dr. Chee was Executive Vice President for LG Electronics, before joining MXF in Jan. 2005.
Michael A. Champ, Ph.D., Executive Vice President

Dr. Champ has over 35 years’ experience in project management through various positions in academia, government and industry. He holds a BS, MS, and Ph.D. from Texas A&M University, and a Post Doc, in the NSF Antarctic Research Program. He has held academic or research appoints at: the American University in Washington, Texas A&M University, University of Alaska, and the University of Maryland. In government: he has served as Resident Scholar for both the Army Corps of Engineers and for the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), and as Senior Science Advisor for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and was a Program Manager at the National Science Foundation (NSF), At MXF, Dr. Champ is responsible for Administration of the Company and Business Development (OEMs and Government Grants). Responsibilities include business development, marketing, strategic planning, HR, proposal development and sales; website; www.mxftech.com, and all promotional materials, MOUs, NDAs, Patents, federal grants, all contracts, tasks and cooperative university and industry agreements.
