Application : The Tunable MXF Source is designed to be integrated into an existing system or installation that requires the use of a currently installed X-ray detector. The Tunable MXF can be easily added to such systems to enable the existing X-ray installation to be run with monochromatic X-rays instead of conventional X-rays.

Scope: The Tunable MXF source includes a Tunable MXF mounted to a high-power Varian g1082 tube and includes the generator. The tunable MXF source is designed to be user-installed into a customer-supplied system.
